Every service is delivered with precision and professionalism to ensure results you’ll love, every time. Booking & Late Policies A deposit is required at the time of booking for all new guests and certain prolonged services. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service. Deposits are reuse-able/refundable if reschedules/cancelations are made 24 hours before appointment date. While we do not charge late fees, arrivals more than 6 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled or canceled in order to maintain the integrity of our schedule. Every effort will be made to accommodate you however, we will prioritize the timely service of our next guest. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not have a cancellation fee but we do ask you reschedule/cancel your appointment 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You can do so by managing your appointment with the link sent at the time of booking!
